I have just had my vehicle serviced at Bud Clary and it only confirmed the positive encounters I have experienced at Bud Clary. Previously, in June 2011, I had my first excellent experience at Bud Clary when I purchased a new Chevy Equinox. The sales assistance was 100% professional and "user friendly”. They took the hassle out of purchasing a car! The employees were so supportive and familial. Subsequently, I have continued to have my vehicle serviced at Bud Clary. The service prices were competitive and the work performed was consistently thorough. I have referred my friends and family to Bud Clary, and I proudly sport my Bud Clary license plates.
Was an all day adventure to buy my car, even tho it was just an inexpensive used car. Then it had issues and their mechanics dept has no parts for the vehicles and it ended up there for almost a week. They did let me take a loner, which they didn't have to do but we live 60 miles away. Then i got a letter from the insurance company for the extended warranty and said my policy was not in effect and that the dealership would contact me to resolve the issue. I contacted my sales rep and she never returned my text or email. Its been 2 months, my warranty they provide is probably now over and I have still not heard from them. Russ the "manager" did our paperwork but has never contacted us either. We're happy with the car, unhappy with customer service. Mechanicx did their job, just need to have supplies on hand.
In Moses Lake, the Bud Clary Toyota new car sales staff is led by Jason, a good, fair and reasonable guy. The service staff, coordinated by Louis and Esgar, is attentive, friendly, and means well... and my 2015 Avalon's service needs have been well-met.

I had recently purchased a vehicle from a Portland OR auction. They said it would take the dealership that owned the title up to 28 days to process it and mail it out. After a week of waiting for it, I called them and they were more than happy to help. They processed my title and shipped it out the same day I asked for it and the woman on the phone was so polite! Now that's excellent service if you ask me. Hopefully I can win more cars at auction from you guys in the future.
