I made an appointment for a simple oil change on their web site. When I got there the service advisor said the appointment was for their Longview dealership and I would have to wait at least 4 hours or come back another day even though the dealership is 70 miles round trip from my home. I told him I had verified the Moses Lake location the previous night through a message on their web site. He said to just call the next time sine the email doesn't work. There won't be a next time with these incompetent ********. If they can't manage simple email, why would anyone trust them to touch a vehicle with complex electronics? Best to stay far away from this place.
I like the eagerness and dedication of the sales people, I worked with Luisa. My desires and needs were heard, the process was done in a timely fashion. The management staff are friendly and knowledgeable, Russ and Lusia worked well together as a team. I am satisfied with the service and care I received. I highly recommend this establishment for great service and great product. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
I've had an overall decent experience with the folks here. I would have given a 5 star, however, parts always seem to have to be ordered which just seems odd to me being a dealership; and prices can definitely fall under the "stealership" category. Overall the car was fixed and I'm back on the road so can't complain a whole lot.
Don't expect anything to get done quickly or at a time you need. If a customer calls at 7:15 in the morning, saying they need something fixed, don't tell that person to call back at 9 when the shop opens just to have them tell them they don't have technitions in on the weekend!!! Everybody should know that. I work graveyard! I have to go the next three days with my car being susceptible to being broken into or stolen!!! We live in Moses lake for gods sake! So dissatisfied with this place. Two plus hours for an oil change. If I could rate this place a negative 5 stars I would.
