I found the experience of buying a vehicle from Bud Clary Ford very easy and painless. The staff are very friendly and professional. They are knowledgeable about the vehicles and were able to help me pick the correct one for my needs. The paperwork was done in an orderly manner and each step was explained thoroughly. I would highly recommend doing business with this dealership.
A little over a month ago I purchased a 2012 F-150 from Gabriel Garza, he was an excellent salesmen, the entire process took only 2 hours or so (from the time walking in to paperwork finished and gone) They were professional. The finance manager Fry Castrellon, was excellent and has made sure there were no issues. Big bonus is when they let you test drive by yourself as it creates much less pressure. P.S thanks for letting our dog come along. Plan on buying much more from them.

The service department manager made good on my problem. After a lengthy phone call from him to me I got my grievances resolved. He went over and above what I expected him to do to resolve my problem and I appreciate it. Because of this action on his part I am updating my review to a four star from a one star.
I bought two keys (from Amazon) and took them in to have the truck paired with them. The tech tried 2 times but the keys were the wrong type. All my fault, but he tried to make it work. Thanks for trying, and there was no charge. I'll be back with the correct keys.

12/14/17 got a call from the service department manager. He wants to make this right, I will update my review as I told him I would, he has offered me a refund for the difference from what I would have paid. If he comes through I will update my star rating and my review accordingly.
Saw them at the Adams Co Fair. Let me sit in a 2016 Taurus SHO. Nice salesmen, Very great with fair visitors!

11/3/17 Still haven't heard from them.
Called for a quote for a key for my truck. They said $104 and no appointment needed, drove over and got quoted $208, they said whoever I talked to was wrong. I said ok, let's do it. I go to pay and they charged me $398. I talked them down to $264, I will never ever subject myself to that kind of dishonesty at this dealership again. Ever. I now drive over an hour to another dealership to get my truck worked on. Do yourself a favor and take a drive, they also mark up parts about 20% more then any other Ford dealers. Call around. Even with a round trip of 2.5 hours to go to another dealership to get my truck fixed I still save money.
