Spent a whole week working with a Sales rep Raymond on trying to setup a new truck. Found one and said that we had it locked in for a Saturday deal. I tried responding to him via phone, email, Voicemail and he never responded back. I tried calling 3 times today (Friday) and was transferred 6 times, put on hold 10 times and hung up on twice only to find out they sold the truck yesterday... Absolutely horrific customer service and will plan on NEVER doing business with Bud Clary again.
Good service, staff was super friendly. The original scheduling calls for my recall were a bit excessive. (Pretty much everyday until I could actually figure out a day I could go) They did try to up-sell me on other service which was way overpriced. Overall good experience. Will go here again for what I would consider dealer special repairs but probably stick with my usual mechanics for general repairs.
Just bought our second car from Bud Clary and we are just as happy this time around as we were the first! We bought the car on a Sunday so limited banks were open but we found not one but two that would give us a loan! We were contacted by Jenny the following Wednesday that another bank was offering us an even better deal so we were able to rewrite the contract which cut our interest rate in half and saved us over $2000! We worked with 2 different salesmen - Jordan on Saturday while we were just shopping around and then Mike on Sunday when we actually drove the new car home. Both salesmen were new to their jobs but both were very professional and knowledgeable and we would highly recommend either of them to anyone thinking of buying a car! All in all another great experience at Bud Clary!
Just so we understand, an after market product was not requested, but was however, discussed. Original parts are always best. My husband was told the original cost for the dealer ship was $20.00. When we called the Cummins dealers, we were told purchase price for the correct hose is $8.00. Big difference. When asked for any kind of discounts the answer was no. I'm wondering if a military discount is offered? At one time it seems there was. I may be mistaken about that.

Our 06 Dodge 3500 was taken to Bud Cleary on a tow truck. We called and described what was going on. A small piece of hose had split and was causing coolant to run out. This happened on the road side. Not having correct tools, placement of the hose, and a safe place to work , made it difficult to work on. The service department said to have it there between 11:00 and 1:00. It was a little past 1:00 when they took the truck in. A couple of hours later he was charged $258 & some change,$48.00 for the 2-3 inch piece of hose, and sent on his way. About 4 miles down the road, the truck was HOT. My husband was able to stop safely and call Bud Cleary Dodge service. Then called me, thinking possibly the thermostat was bad. It was about 4:30. Was told a tech would be there. Truck cooled off and my husband drove it back to them. In the mean time I called the dealership and expressed my and my husbands unhappiness. She told me he had just walked in the door, and the tech was right on top of it. She then tried to tell me my husband was in a big hurry to leave. They did not test drive our truck! (That is not correct, he fell asleep waiting on them. This is the truck he makes his living with , and never rushes service work.) She backed up on that statement saying , well of course this is not his fault. The tech did not properly bleed the line and there was air in it allowing it to get hot. They wanted to charge $78.00 for a thermostat. Our experience was not the best of experiences, and would think twice before going back..........
