Was pretty decent here. Have to say the little extra I spent on a new remodeled room was worth it. $73 for the night and I got to enjoy complementary Netflix! Never seen a motel offer that. Thanks guys. And service was great. The front office lady always seems to be smiling. Keep up the good work guys
A bit pricy for what you get.Rooms could be cleaner,beds could be more comfortable.Managers are responsive and courteous.
Well run property with good managers. I had to check in late and the managers were very accommodating, they stayed up until I arrived and checked me in at midnight. The room was older but I was given a great price and the place was clean despite it's age. I had originally paid for a week, but decided I wanted to take a look around town for other properties since the rooms were a bit small. Most places around town are either franchised or independently owned, the franchised properties will charge you an arm & a leg for weekly rates . The sunland inn was the best independently owned property I could find with the best rates. I went to pay for an addition week and the managers offered me a room that was updated for a bit more weekly, the new rooms are really nice! thanks for the hospitality!
