We arrived in Moses Lake for an early set up for a festival we had a booth at. The hotel had had a busy night the night before, and housekeeping was short handed. But they found a way to get us into rooms early anyway, and both on the lake side to boot!!
I think what sets this hotel apart is the on site restaurant which offers quality meal selections for both breakfast and dinner at at good value. The local wine selections offer are of high quality and a good value. The hotel is well maintained and the rooms are a good size and clean.
The entire stay was great. The staff were very helpful, attentive, and friendly. The room was nice, clean and attractive and had everything I needed within reach. Great place to lay your head relax in a soft bed. Also, the restaurant was a joy, good food fun atmosphere. The night view overlooking the water was absolutely beautiful Definitely will return.
I just wanted everyone to know how friendly the manager is there. She went out of her way and set her own work aside, to drive us back to our truck, which we had to leave at a local restaurant. We tried Uber, Lyft and the local taxi service and nothing was available.
Thank you again for your personal service. I wished I would have asked her for her name. She was amazing and so is all of her staff!
Sue at the front desk was FANTASTIC!! Helpful, kind and turned us on to their restaurant that's onsite and incredibly good. Amber, the more than kind and exceptionally well versed bartender made the meal complete! It's a great place to stay.
The rooms and amenities are great, the restaurant is great. But the front desk service is really wonderful. Patricia did a great job for us!
They are going through some renovations there which are very nice. Rooms are extremely clean and they have an unbelievable continental breakfast.
I would recommend this Hotel anytime!! Beautiful venue as well.
