Our experience at Mattress Firm was the most pleasant I have had in Moses Lake. Mellissa McElrath was very helpful in pointing us to a mattress that would fit our budget and comfort in sleeping. She gave us plenty of time to experience the mattress and many different options to choose from within our budget. She was very informative on the payment options, return warranty and delivery times. If all sales people were like Mellissa even guys might like to go shopping.

Extremely high pressure. Tried to get us to agree to a financing option before even looking. After "agreeing" to that, tried to force us into trying the mattress SHE wanted us to look at. Even down to which side of the bed my wife was to lie on and which side I was to lie on. Pretty sure we can figure that out without a guided tour, thanks.

After Veronica walked us through the MANY options of the mattresses available we found the perfect one, for my husband and I, who are complete opposite. Veronica was very knowledgeable about the MANY different options available. The financing processes was easy and fast. I would HIGHLY recommend Mattress Firm to anyone and Veronica as a sales associate.
