Got there at 3am and had to leave by 10am for check out. Asked to stay till noon to get some good sleep in and was told no.. bathroom was dirty, no fridge, one set of towels for two people. Had people who rented it by the week or month thst were up and load all night. Very poor customer service. Will not be back and recommend no one else going there..
Fave place, great staff very helpful and friendly. Clean rooms, clean towels n bedding some spreads are worn, quiet and bed n pillows comfy, great value
We reserved rooms on Priceline, the woman at the front desk was very rude and not professional. She would not accept our I.D. Then after we got that figured out she claimed our card was not the card on file. So we went to go see if we put it on a different card. We get back inside and the lady (using that term loosely) proceeded to kick our mother out of the office. We decided we were not going to stay then she followed us out front yelling and claimed we would still be charged for the room. All of this happened after being on the road for about 11 hours traveling from MT. The rude woman at the front desk was dressed in pajama pants and I can not say for sure but she appeared to be on drugs. She may have just been having a bad day and we caught the blunt of it but I would not recommend anyone staying here.
My brother and I had to stay the night here not to long ago it was nice and affordable. Lady at the front desk was really nice also we we're coming out of town and it was really late so we called and the lady waiting for us to check in.
This isnt a five star hotel but its not trashy or ran down. The manager is awesome! The rooms are always clean and pools always nice
