Great service. Comfortable beds. Decent breakfast
Stayed at better Holiday Inns, this one is okay. The day we had breakfast it was awful. Front desk agents could have had more personality. Called the 1-800 # to let them know we were arriving late, after attempting to reach the hotel for 45 minutes with no answer. 1-800 says they noted our late arrival. Reservation was billed a no show due to NO notes left about a late arrival. Luckily she didn't give away our room.
Its a great quality hotel. Good bathroom amenity. Ok tv channels. Right by the road.
Very nice courteous staff. Great breakfast bar host by the name of Donna. She was very nice and friendly. Even have little Andy's mints to everyone as a personal gesture of her appreciation. Great rooms. Wonderful experience.
Good service, clean rooms, very nice lobby and amenities. Wish they had laundry tho. Painters were outside our 3rd floor window and that is annoying. So noisy. Would have been nice to at least been told. I was getting dressed and two men in a lift showed up at the window just sitting there watching me get dressed. Huge invasion of privacy. That felt awful!!!! They put plastic on the window so we couldn't open it or see out of it all week. No fresh air. Room was HOT never could get it too cool down. Bed are super stiff! Lots of service around including gas and food. Indoor pool and spa is also nice. Free cookies and a large breakfast area with lots of options in the AM.
