I would like to start by saying that I am not from Moses Lake, I am just here visiting my mom so I have never been to any of the nail salons in this area. Yesterday I decided to take my mom and my daughter out for a girls day so the three of us went and got pedicures. Being that it was Sunday, nowhere else was open except for this one. There was one other place that was supposed to be open but I called twice and they didn't answer the phone. Anyways, after reading all of these reviews, I was very skeptical to try this place out but since it was the only place open we decided just to try it. They did a good job on my pedicure as well as my moms and did an excellent job with my daughter who is only 5. When she found out that my daughters birthday is coming up in a few days she gave her a cute design for free and my daughter loved it! They turned out so cute! Also, the nail tech was very nice and friendly and was able to hold conversation with us which I really liked. My feet are nice and soft and although they were very busy and she had to do all three of our pedicures by herself, I do not feel like she rushed through them at all. She even spent a little extra time on my moms massage which I thought was really nice. The massage part wasn't the best I've ever had but they do offer a deluxe pedicure for $10 more that includes a longer massage. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is just because there was only two people working there so after waiting about 30 minutes to start our pedicures and then having only one person doing all three of our pedicures while the other person was doing other people's nails, we ended up having to be there for several hours. But, the nail tech did explain to me that the reason they were so short staffed was because a couple of their staff was on vacation. Other than that though, I would definitely come back to this place again. I did not have a bad experience at all like the others who have commented. Also, there is a comment further down stating that they do not sanitize their equipment so I was a little worried about that but during our pedicures they used plastic liners inside the bowls and I did see her sanitize everything after our pedicures were finished. That being said, although other people have had bad experiences, I do not think this place is as bad as the reviews make it seem. Also, the lady said it had been under new management for a couple of months now so any reviews that are older than a few months are from when the old management was there.
I wish I could give a 0! I went in for pedicures with my friend. The lady was rude from the start. I was the lucky one (not) and got her doing my Pedi. She was rough and cut my toe. I stopped her and explained to her that she cut me. She got mad, yelled at me and kicked me out of her chair. When she wasn't looking a man came and looked and put ointment on it while I was waiting for my friend to finish. DONT GO THERE!! Save your money!!!
nothing negative to say, my fill turned out great! so happy they were open, every nail salon within a 2hr drive was closed around me besides Regal.
I have gone to Regal Nails for years and have always been satisfied. However they changed management several months ago and it has been a disaster since. There is always at least an hour wait time which usually turns into two hours. They really need to hire more people! After giving them 4 chances I will be finding a new pedicure place and will never go there again.
I wish I could give it a 0, I am so disappointed I go to a nail salon so that my nails don't look like a 5 year old did them. Well today I walked out and my nails looked horrible. I could have painted them better with my left hand.. I am sure they would be good if they would just slow down and do the job as customers we are paying them to do. I even suggested she fix them and no effort to fix them or do better.. I hope they read this so that they can take it and fix their way of doing things.
