Do not visit Melissa at this salon. Very disappointed with the haircut, the price and the service.
UPDATE: They have deleted this review on FB. Thankfully, there are places like this to leave honest reviews that will not compromised. I have been harassed by the daughter of an employee for writing honest facebook review. An employee has also done the same. As a consumer, I should be able to leave an honest review without worrying about retaliation from employees and their family members. Unprofessional yet again.
Let me start by saying that I hear great things about this salon, and that I believe my experience was isolated to the stylist I used. I had spent many hours and trips to Spokane to trusted salon to get to the point I was before going to Kelly. I had been a med brown and was transitioning to an icey blonde that would better suit and blend with my gray. My ends were a little warm yet, and she said she could tone down to better blend with my cooler icey tones. After 6 hours, 2 bleaches, 2 high lift colors and 2 tone jobs in two days I ended up with fried, banana yellow with copper patches hair. My ice tones were gone. My hair was solid yellow. And copper. My low-lights were gone. One side had streaks of the copper. Even worst was that the hair I was growing was completely fried. Broken pieces everywhere and looked like brittle sagebrush. She wanted me to come back yet a 3rd time so she could work on it again. At this point I lost trust. My hair was ruined. Luckily I found a salon well known in the community to help me. It was so damaged that all they could do was apply a deposit only toner and cut several inches off. The main reason for writing this is due to how this was handled. Somehow it was my fault and the new salon is responsible for the damage. Not only did I pay for her services, I then had to pay a for my new service to include a deep treatment. It will continue to impact me financially and time for continued services to get it's health and color back. I am still finding shards of broken hair. I also had a cut. She cut a little of the back and trimmed a couple layers but left the rest untouched. I rarely write reviews, however what matter most is how a mistake is handled.

April Pack at this salon is fantastic! Seriously the best hair service I've had - EVER. We moved here from Las Vegas and I searched through many of the other salons in Moses Lake. April at Capelli's is by far the best!
