I took 2 cars to Woodard, a 2002 Ford F250 that they replaced a fuel line on (rather expensive but polite and friendly so I didn't mind) then I also asked them to take a look at my 65 Mustang that was had a T5 Tremec that was stuck in reverse.

My check engine light came on whileI was passing through a little after five.they got the part, installed it and stayed late...I was in, diagnosed and out in less than an hour! Really friendly service too! They don't charge for diagnostics either.

I also was told he was on vacationt the week before and now the guy who was here last week is on vacation, I asked if that was somehow my fault? Does the client need to check with them to see who is on vacation and when before giving them work? Do we need to watch your schedules?

I have been in town a couple months and had car trouble. Called Woodard Auto and Truck first thing in the morning they came out right away and picked up my car. (FREE TOWING)!! Called me 30 min later told me what was wrong and how much to fix, I gave them the go ahead. They had it fixed by that afternoon, best service from a auto repair shop I have ever gone too. I would recommend them to anyone. Five stars in my book

DO NOT USE THEM UNDER ANY CONDITION!

I called back to ask what happened and I am pretty much just told the guy who worked on my car is 67 years old and he knew what he was doing. After they told me they had to rock the engine to get it to start in the shop, and that they had issues with it in the shop. Which they never mentioned to me once until after I complain that it isn't starting. I asked why they were starting it and messing with the engine if they just needed to replace the shifter and I am told he is no longer going to deal with me and hangs up.

They picked up the mustang and started it, it started right up. So they take it off to the shop and 3 days later I get a call that its just the shifter that broke so I buy a new short throw shifter and have it mailed to them. I get the call the mustang it ready and I go and pay, later in the day they are dropping it off at my place and the tow truck driver forgot the keys to the mustang. I said no worries I will follow you back to your shop and get the keys so you dont have to make two trips. I do this and everything seems fine. But when I get home and go to move the mustang from the street into the driveway it wont start. It sounds like the starter isn't engaging and is just spining free.

This place really had the chance to make things good and decided not too.. my husband ,4 kids and I were traveling from olympia to silverwood. We broke down near this shop and they said they would fit us in. They said they knew enough about deisals. We unhooked our camper and let them look at it. They took 6 hours and charged me 441 dollar to replace the fuel fliter. Witch we told them it was done just two weeks ago. (For just 200) The guy working on the truck said he knows but he was sure there was water in gas. He drained the gas and told us we would be good. I expressed that I was worried cause I didn't want to get back on the road with 4 kids just to brake down again. (Since I know he replaced something that was already done) he said he was sure it would be fine.. they closed shop and sent us on our way. We broke down 15 min down the road. Had to get a tow for the trailer and truck and it wasn't cheap. The fuel fliter wasn't the problem at all. When I called and told him he really put us in a bad spot on the freeway not to mention the tow cost I asked if he would refund just the labor cost. I understand that I don't want him to be out money. But I didn't want to be out money either. He said "he would of needed more time" I don't understand that cause if they needed more time they why send us away on our trip. He said he would give me a free oil change. Knowing I live 5 hours away. They over changed us and didn't even fix the right thing. I waited 2 months for them to atleast compromise but nothing.

This mustang would start without issue, and now I have a serious problem that will cost me twice the amount as the original repair...

I was driving through moses lake and had to stop for a bit and noticed there was oil all along the bottom of my truck. They got me in right away and had me going the next day. The guys at Woodard helped me out. The pricing wasn't outlandish and the service was awesome. Whatever I needed they helped me with. Thanks again

Short Story I would have been better off going else where with the mustang.
