After they further attacked the problem, they were able to repair our broken Transfer Case Shifted. We were back on the road by 4pm and back on schedule by nightfall.

This repair shop was recommended to me by a friend, as she had good results so I thought I would try. To my surprise the lady's at the front counter were pleasant and professional, helpful with suggestions, and was willing to give estimates on the work to fix the problems. The estimate needed adjusting and they explained to me in a way that I could understand the reason for the increase. The parts and work was done in an extremely shorter amount of time than I expected. The oil used was incorrect and they were willing to correct the error immediately. I have plans to have them fix anything that comes up in the future. Thank you for a job well done.

We called the local jeep dealer; Bud Clary Moses Lake Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and were told that they could not even look at our problem before the following Monday.
