During the week I left it in town to get fixed I received updates on the status of the vehicle. What I initially thought was a blown pinion gear in the rear differential, ended up being a locked rear drum brake. Perfection gave me a quote prior to starting the work to notice me of the cost, rather than blindsiding like some places tend to do.
My truck broke down on my way from Seattle to Wyoming. Perfection was one of the only shops open on Saturday. I was able to coordinate a tow truck to drop the truck off at the shop. When we arrived at the shop, it was past closing time. Ron stayed late and helped us drop the truck in the bay.
Wow, great customer service. They let me borrow their car to go get lunch while they fixed my car without an appointment. They also took the time to show me what needed to be fixed. Very impressed!
I love these guys. They're always helpful and get the job done quick. They don't try to upsale or make you feel like you need to get this and that done also. Genuinely nice guys, I always recommend them to my friends.

When I arrived to pick up the truck they walked me through everything they did and told me they test drove it 5-10 miles to ensure it was functioning properly. While I don't plan on breaking down again in Moses Lake (knock on wood), I know exactly where I would bring my vehicle if I had any issues, Perfection Auto and Tire.
Not the best. New tiers kept going flat? Well it turned out it was my fault because the rims were dirty and pitted? How is that the problem of the customer? If The tires were installed on dirty rims without notifying customer? They do careless work. And not accountable. Good luck.
