I would not recommend this park to anyone I know the management socks they send letters to everybody saying clean your yard or your evicted in x amount of time some are due for it but simply instead of scare tactics just inform us and when management pull a stunt like sending letters for eviction when they themselves behind their home have a stack of boards with nails sticking straight up not 15 feet from the swings etc in the park where our children play with nothing to keep the children away or warn parents it's insane I wish I could evict them. And on top of that her two kids live in the park are above the rules when the paying tenants are limited to parking and the management's children as adults get to do what they please it's disgusting please do not come to this park you will regret your decision to do so it's more stress than its worth thank you for reading signed Joseph w.
