Will definitely be reporting to the better business bureau. They are some of the worst people I've ever had to deal with. Not worth my time writing a full review on how awful and unprofessional this company is. Instead that's why I am taking action and reporting them.
This place is awesome. We live out of state and Alicia managed our property in Moses Lake for 2 years and we just sold by Melanie! Great communication, nice office staff, they took care of everything and answered all questions we had. Highly recommend this Windermere office!

Less than a star!!! These pepole have managed , well collected payment for close to 10 years now, on property I own in Moses Lake. Trust is bottoline when you give keys to your 200 thousand dollar home. I won't go into detail other than my definition of management is different than theirs. I see they've struggled trying to understand the basics in customer satisfaction and failed . they are horrible .....ZERO
If you get bugs (like ants coming out of your bathtub and living room) they will blame you and not pay to fix the problem. After moving out they will hold your deposit for the Max allowed 21 days so they can find any possible problem to charge you for. DO NOT rent from them.
