These people are slum lords and will rip you off any way they can. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER!
Rich and his wife are great property managers. Whenever there was an issue with the property, he responded quickly and the issue was resolved. My wife and I did a great job cleaning the property and as a result we were only charged for the carpet cleaning which is fair. Great experience!

This place is a NO GO. My husband and I rented from them and whenever we needed anything to be fixed they would say "ok we'll call someone" and No one EVER showed up!! We had asked so many times to the point where we stopped asking and had to fix the problem ourselves!! They don't give a crap about any of there tenants. And once we moved out we were CHARGED for ALL the things we were trying to get them to fix in the FIRST PLACE!! They don't keep there word on anything they do. And don't negotiate on anything they even will refuse to have a sit down talk about the issues!! They will take your money and threat to place you in Collections. WORST RENTAL EVER!!
