When trying to prove her case to upper management at Windermere, she was subjected to lies and intimidation by some arrogant butt. They will try to scare you and ware you out until you just give up.
I would not recommend leasing from this company . They will find a way to keep your deposit and some . Horrible customer service. The worst part is that we where renting this house they put it up for sale with out being told before hand and had no quite enjoyment. Stay away !!!!!!!
Have to fill out an application just to look at a house. It's non refundable, so if you don't get the house or don't like it your out 30.00. That money could feed my kid for a days.
Avoid these wankers.
I had an employee rent through these bone heads for just a few months. These guys went through 3 property managers for a single apartment in 4 months, never notifying the tenant. When it came time to get the security deposit back Windermere tried to keep it, accusing my employee of damaging the counter tops. It is a good thing I had her take pictures when she moved in of everything that was already damaged - she was able to prove that damage was there when she moved in.
