Nice park with covered picnic area (that can be reserved through the city), bathrooms, play area for the kids and boat launch. Nice large open grassy area, and plenty of parking.
Beautiful park on the lake, plenty of room to run, toys for the kiddos and plenty of covered picnic space. Just wish more grills were available
This place is usually quiet and mellow... at least when I have gone. It's a good place to take children away from the busy streets. You can also walk, fish, boat, play volley ball (bring your own supplies) the park is a pretty good size. The lake could be less murky and there are these awful biting flies ( not sure what they are called). But then again this is part of the Moses Lake charm!
Monte Lake is my walking destination if I can get thrre. It's very peaceful and quiet. Grwat place for a bbparty or just a faniky get together.
