The beach is sandy and it is just so nice to stop there and take a quick dip but the park is huge so much space for activities or functions and it is also very clean
Great place to walk and relax. Nice playground and room to run for kids.
Fabulous little park at the edge of town that is well maintained, altho' there are some issues with the rest rooms. Amazingly clean after being packed with people!
Great location for large crowds, good beach area, large shaded areas as well. The grass isn't the best quality just due to its vastness, but it's pretty good!
Be sure and lock your vehicle -- and ladies, stay sharp and be safe.
Reasonable public restrooms! Swimming area, playground, and a bike/ walk path to town. Picnic shelters and a boat launch. We had our family reunion here, and it was great!
