I've used laundry facilities all over the West. This is the worst. I travel a lot so I use laundry mats and I have never seen such a mess. The washers were nasty and moldy. The floors were clean and that's why I gave it one star. The inside of the washing machine doors have not seen a cleaning rag in years!! I'm taking my laundry to another laundry mat and washing them again.
It was a clean place. I wish they had another large washer, and that it would wring out the clothes a bit more. It was nice they have a tv there. Prices seamed high. Good place.
Their washers DO NOT have a spin cycle after washing. The tubs drain to almost empty, then refill with cold water for the rinse cycle. My clothes, and socks especially, didn't come clean. This happened on all 4 of the washers I used. When I noticed that mine didn't spin, I watched others and theirs didn't spin as well. I tried calling their number, all I got was a busy signal. I'll pay the extra .25 cents and go somewhere else, to ensure I get clean laundry.
Not terribly impressed, the large washer I'm using looks like it hadn't been cleaned in some time. Caked detergent and fabric softener chutes were absolutly disgusting, checked the other front loading machines on the back wall and they were the same if not worse. Not even going to use the frabric softener i brought, thats how bad it is. The only thing keepi g me from going someplace else is the fact that I'm not familiar with the area and dont want to drive around town half the day looking for something hopefully better. If there is an option to post a pic I will. I feel like I'll need a bleach shower and tetanus shot when i leave here...
