I used Charlies on referral from a contractor that I trust. Their response time was great! I was very surprised at the knowledge of the guy that showed up. That is where the good ended. After the first initial day the whole project was a mess. The crew never showed up on time, and sometimes they didnt even show up at all. My house was a mess for months. We would call and get no answer and then they wouldnt even call back. We went days with no contact from them. We hired them to do the repairs as the contractor we knew was unavailable to do them. Turns out they did half of the work and then left us with nothing. Our insurance company paid them directly so we were left having to pay for the rest of the repairs to be done, which Charlies had already been paid for. It was extremely irriating. I would NEVER recommend using these guys, and in fact I would caution those who think about it. The project manager that helped us was great, but it turns out that he no longer works there!
