Terrible!! We have a tv through them but since the beginning thos whole store has been nothing but rude!! They charged my card for a different amount than what they said they were then got nasty with me ("regional manager"). Came in to sign a refund (which takes 4-5 business days) but made us run our card again for the correct amount. So now im out 245$ on a 114$ charge. Had they waited till I got my refund I bet I would have gotten it sooner. Not to mention its Christmas time! Go to RAC or Buddys!
This is by far the worst organized Aarons I have ever dealt with. We're in process of buying a washer and dryer from them when our washer broke down.. We called to have them come look at it, they said they were on their way and to our surprise they never showed up. My wife called the next day, and asked why they never showed up and they went on to say they never called and was calling my wife a liar. Words were exchanged and long story short they hung up on her. Then I call back, and they set it up to have someone come look at it like 3-4 days later. When they get here they tell me they have to have the manufacturing company look at it(Amana). So they take it and replace it with a lesser one. Still expect us to pay full price.. a few days later I call them to check the status on the washer and they tell me they haven't even got a hold of the manufacturer yet and they would call me back later that day to let me know more information... surprise they never call me back that day. I figured they might be busy and waited 2 days to call them back.. to find out they got a hold of the manufacturer and they were gonna be there to fix it 5 days later... now we're going to be at 4 weeks without my washer... That's ridiculous... I don't recommend it.. there is another rent a center place in Moses Lake that is way better to work with... I'm Never doing business here again...
