I needed a problem diagnosed with my computer, and this was the third place I took it to. After telling them the problems I had with previous repair shops, they offered to diagnose the problem for free. I got there right before closing, and they worked on it for the next half hour, and I got the definitive answer that no-one else had been able to give me.
