We went in to change our account to a business account and to add my father on the account and we were waiting over a month to be notified of the approval of business account and we called the corporate office and they informed us that this AT&T did NOT file any paperwork which we had spent 2 hours doing and they also did not add my father to the account when they told us they had. Do not go here, go to the other one in town.
Spent the day here with my brother friendly knowledgeable employees tjey helped me get into a new phone and then some plus they help me save money on my monthly bill.
