They don't take hand-made items, which isn't a deal breaker. They don't accept anything that comes in a plastic bag. Which was annoying. I had to go to my car and get a box to give her the same things that were already in a garbage sack.
The selection they have is small. The prices are high. The only reason I am giving a 2 star rating is their establishment is clean and organized. They also sell Melissa and Doug toys which I do love.
I've liked my previous experiences here but today they weren't open at 11:20 when their sign and website said 11. I came from out of town and am bummed.
If I could give zero stars and still write a review I would. My experience was awful, the owner was incredibly rude. After her looking though my stuff there were 2 items that I wanted to see how much she was buying them for, I am then informed they buy in lots not items ok that is fine but the items weren't supposed to be in the box they accidentally got put in. So I asked to take them out. One of her workers adjusted the slip ( all was fine) so I thought until the owner came back out and said it's all or nothing they would have to start all over and I had already been waiting a while with my toddler in toe getting grumpy I had no time for them to go though it again and had they made it clear that is how they buy I would had gone though my stuff once again before I brought it in. Needless to say I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!! I hope after writing this they make there policies more clear and train their staff better!!!
I have gone here twice now to sell items to them. Each time feeling mad a jipped. I brought in a fair amount of stuff and left with less than $12.
