I really wish they would turn down the music. It's always way too loud and the store is already very busy as it is, so the whole shopping experience is pretty chaotic feeling. It's unfortunate because the staff are actually really nice and friendly, and they do have good prices. I don't go in there unless I'm desperate and can't find an item I need somewhere else (mostly because of the loud music).
Very bad customer service!! I had a bag from Famous Footwear which is right next door and they made me open the bag and open the boxes I had to make sure I didn't have any of their merchandise. So if you want to be treated like a thief this is definitely the place to go. Very upsetting!!
Great for a variety of items. This is the only Ross for a good hour and a half, so it's very shopped. Hopefully Ross Dress for Less will open another location in Moses Lake or Ephrata.
im giving the clothes 4 stars but the managment zero stars..edgar is a straight up perv .he tried hitting on my little sister who is only 15 years old shame on you guys!!he looks like and acts like a chimo
Staff is pretty friendly and the manager is the best! I've never seen a manager help people out to their cars and just talk to you. Edgar is amazing if you ever have any problems I am sure he will do everything possible to fix it or help you out with it.
