Denied my dog twice in an emergency situation!! After she's been with them for years and this is the only vet my dog went to, they still sent us away. But they sure will take your money for an after visit call. The receptionist is rude, and has horrible customer service. What company allows for 2 of the 3 veterinarian's to be gone?! Never going to attempt to go back!! Horrible!!
Reception is extremely knowledgeable of the veterinarian services. The 24 hour emergency crew is incredibly willing and quick to the call for our companions help at all hours. A+ +1 services. Thank you!
Surgery occurred on 12-27-16 and my dog is now a 9 year old 3-legged happy dog. I dont know what I would have done without this knowledgeable and thoughtful staff. Link will not be seen by any other staff or vets. Thank you, thank you for turning my tramatic event into a memorable story that I can now talk about. :)
I was able to have my dog seen on Christmas day of 2016! My sister in-law made the phone call. Someone answered the phone as there is someone on-call and we went into the office within an hour. The vet and the tech were so amazing as I was a complete emotional wreck. X-rays showed his leg was broken :( MERRY CHRISTMAS
The girls up front are extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The doctors are compassionate and caring, and are very skilled at Moses Lake Veterinary Clinic.
I went to this vet after having taken my kitten to another vet who I was disappointed with. I was recommended this vet from my friend who takes her three kitties there and swore they were the best. Well, she was right! The visit was great and the vets were extremely professional and took the time to get to know my kitty and explain everything that was being done to my cat to me where at the other vet my visit was 10 min max and I was on my way out. At this vet they took their time with my cat and got to know him and were really sweet and gentle with him. I was most impressed with the professionalism they showed when explaining everything to me and they even scheduled my cats next appointment which was something the other vet failed to do. My cat was spoiled by the vets and I will definitely be taking him here from now on.
