Recently, I learned from Washington State Dept. of Labor and Industries, that JRCC did not obtain an electrical permit for this work when one was indicated. JRCC did not have the work inspected as required by state law. I need to know if JRCC even used a licensed electrician do the work but the owner won't return my calls. I was forced to hire an attorney.
As this project progressed JRCC got it done the work looks great and now my only complaint would be my insurance. Matt worked hard to get our insurance on board with what the scope of work looked like and Steve stayed on top of the work and insured that we had a dinning room before Christmas.
Operating as the general contractor, JRCC refuses to take responsibility.

The owner of JRCC took advantage of my limited knowledge of construction by cutting corners and then telling me that the work was done correctly when he knew, or should have known, that it was done illegally.

fail to respond to clients after cutting larger holes in there homes. our home was damaged but unless you knew about it most people didn't notice it that all changed after JRCC sent there team out to give us an estimate they made the damage larger now we have a hole in our kitchen and they wont return our calls. This is an issue that JRCC has the opportunity to correct and my review will be updated as the situation progresses
JRCC responded quickly to extensive water damage in my home in 2014. I paid JRCC to remove the existing lighting in my kitchen ceiling, replace damaged wiring and then install a different lighting system back into a new ceiling.
