We stopped at 1:45pm for a late lunch with a group of friends. There was one other family in the diner yet it took an hour for our food to arrive. The pancakes were burnt, the eggs were cold, my son ordered macaroni and it was cold and hard. Our fries were closer to being a day old and fresh out of the refrigerator. When we said that we had food issues we received an apology and a response of "I brought it to you when the food was called." The truth is...we saw it sitting in the window for a bit before it was brought out.
Waited 20 mins to be seated which was ok because they were busy and let me know that it would take a while for our group of six. After we were seated we saw two other groups come in after us who got there drinks before we even saw a waitress. We didn't see a waitress until about five minutes after we went up and complained. Another twenty minutes after we saw a waitress and had ordered our food the other two tables had already received there meals. And it wasn't until the other two groups that can in after us had already finished eating and left that we got our food. Me and two other members of our group had all ordered over easy eggs and there's looked good but mine looked like they were thrown on the stove for 20 seconds flipped for another 20 seconds and slapped on my plate. They literally looked so raw I was afraid to eat them and get sick so I didn't. Overall service sucked like all of the other times I have eaten here and this time even the food sucked. Finally got fed up enough to write a review and state that I will no longer eat here.
Pretty packed the service was fast and the food was great
I will say the establishment was very clean.
Very long wait, about 40 minutes. Avocado salad came out with only two slices of if. When I told the manager, he said: That is what it is! Blueberry pancakes were sauer, they changed it . Came out bad again!
We had an issue here. This is the second time we come here since it opened. We didn't come anymore because the first time was terrible. Thinking time had passed it would improve but it didn't. They took forever to get our food,they didn't have what was on menu,salad was ridiculously poor, blueberry pancakes burned and to top it all the manager wasn't helpul. We like Denny's but the one here in Moses lake has left us a bad experience.
We will not be coming back here.
