Postal clerk Phil, in Moses Lake, advised that I phone Customer Service, an automated system. The automated telephone system is useless. Thanks for nothing, Phil.
The Moses Lake Postmaster, laughed at and despised by his postal clerks, is incompetent.
I phoned the Moses Lake Post Office. I was directed back to the broken automated system.
I just can't explain how flustered I was. There was no pens available. Got kicked outta line because I had to wait for a clerk to be available to ask for a pen and they couldn't even wait 30 seconds for me to write an address so I had to go all the way to the BACK of the line AGAIN. I'm flustered and frustrated. This 5 minute trip turned into a 15 minute one.
Needs soo much work. Shout out to the ones who would love to give good service.
And USPS Tracking can be a lie, too. For instance, any mail sent to Houston's 77008 is marked on the Tracking as "Delivered" once it is loaded onto a truck for delivery. Delivered? Delivered when mail sits abandoned in a truck for days or weeks?
A Priority Mail envelope to Redondo Beach, California, took over a week to be delivered.
The useless Moses Lake postmaster in Moses Lake cannot even see to answering phones. So... no delivery of items mailed from Moses Lake, no explanation, and there is no help to be had from the US Postal Service.
My package was supposed to be here this last Thursday and I haven't received it. I have a tracking app that is extremely accurate. The package was sent out from Portland Oregon. Then to Spokane. Get this, all the way to Jacksonville Florida! Then back to moses lake then it was shipped to Seattle. Where I'm sitting here on a Saturday trying to get ahold of these idiots and I called them at 1:15pm! They close at 2! I sat on hold for 45min! They never answered the phone! Until 2:00 hit and I sat there for another 10min and no one picked up. Really irritating. Do better Moses! Piece of junk post office! There was a reason I got fast shipping! I needed the item BY TODAY!!! Thanks assholes
Why is First Class Mail (sent to Las Vegas or Houston) not deliverable... movable for over two weeks? Pony Express riders would have had First Class Mail moving from Moses Lake to Las Vegas at a pace of 200 miles a day!
How can there be no stamps at a post office? This postmaster fails and fails and fails repeatedly to provide the basic service.
Not long ago, a Moses Lake postal clerk affixed postage to a letter to a person in the United Kingdom (England / Britain), but the letter was returned, without leaving the United States, as undeliverable.
Our Moses Lake postmaster is rude and unkind to his workers rudely... postal worker morale is abysmally low. Moses Lake postal workers are bullied by the postmaster, so they perform accordingly. The local postmaster, a disgrace to postal workers everywhere, ought to resign in shame! This postmaster will not, cannot take responsibility.
And... First Class mail sent to Las Vegas or Houston, for instance, can take up to two weeks for delivery!!!
A 12-stamp sheet of commemorative stamps honoring the painter Wyeth was issued on July 12th... and the Moses Lake Post Office, thanks to having an imbecile for a postmaster, never received any... and the ignorant postal clerks even claimed that the stamp was never issued.
It's hit and miss as far as being crowded but they are pretty fast at helping you get in and out. Small postal office, not much room for lines. That's probably a good thing because places that don't have room for lines don't usually have long wait times.
History teaches that it is pointless... useless to ask for clarification, search, or any sort of help from the staff at the Moses Lake Post Office.
One morning there were no 71-cent stamps! Broken system... supervised in Moses Lake by a postmaster-imbecile who should be placed in a federal home for the stupid!
