Im very dissapionted with our police dept. They seem to have forgotten.help and sever the public they seem to think its your job to investigate yourself.
It’s strange to me that his drinking also was about the same time that my daughter took my grand-daughters to the Dr to be “Checked” for all our safety and theirs.

NOTHING happened to him, even though he has a lengthy record, and stole her van drunk on the way to our home to carry out the hundreds of threats he made against me and my family. “I am going to burn your house down with you and the kids in it”
She defends herself against the rising abuse she was receiving, and herself was Charged and later dropped, unknown to us her parents. She had separated from us thinking we would be judgmental; of course we are parents so yes we were.

4 years ago my daughter met someone who she thought would be a good father and boyfriend…little did she know that he was a Registered Sex Offender she was told he was a kid and didn’t have to register anymore. She allowed him into her and my grand-daughters life.
I called in a well person check with the police in Moses Lake; at least we thought that’s what they would be going out there for.
We have had over 300 threats and voice-mails over half of them while they were on their way home from picking her up
The same night he steals her van with no key, since she had the only key, and as we assumed was on his way here to carry out his threats.
Granddaughter ran away. Gave information. They found her immediately. No harm done to her. Very thankful for immediate action.

I AM A VUNRIABLE ADULT, we have a person in our local jail for the same type of threats, BUT I guess in Grant County Washington, they have selective booking, or as they said “Restrictive Booking Requirements”
When we finally got ahold of her she begged us to come and get her as soon as we possibly could.

Call the co-captain for Grant county hell they didn’t even bother to call me back, since when is this ok in our country, since when is this ok in our state? I am so tired of the double standards in our area. I was here when most of the higher ups in Grant County were FIRED for so many things I won’t bother you with it, but let’s just say apparently they didn’t clean enough.
My wife and her reconnected a few months ago, about that same time he started the abuse in earnest¬ so did his drinking and we think drug use as well
We have 3 mandatory reporters in our home, I run and have run support groups for almost 20 years, my wife has been a social worker for almost 20 years, my son who is my caregiver and has been for over 7 years, BUT YOU THINK ANY OF THIS MATTERED TO THE POLICE???
Little did any of us know that he was still having to register as a RSO. Last week the abuse hit an all-time high.
This is how they handle this in our County as per the Chelan County website. Now, if I am a vulnerable adult then isn’t my daughter who has PTSD, what a great person to abuse eh, someone who already is separated from their family and after he was done had no-one to talk to or tell on him too.
The really scary thing is that this RSO is painting homes and businesses in the Moses Lake area. Him and his boss who BTW knows all about his record just painted the HIGH SCHOOL in the Moses Lake area as well, Were your kids there, do your kids go there??? I wonder has he been next to your children, has he painted something for you My daughter is safe now at our home, but are we?????? ARE YOU since he is still walking the streets and he and his boss are still painting things in your area?
