i used comfort experts and reffered them to several people in the real estate industry for many years, however recently when i used them personally for one of our rentals i got the rudest most un-professional attitude from the plumbers. When i had them do a job it did not fix our problem so i called them again to find out exactly what they had done and to find out what more we needed to fix the problem however they got rude and offensive, told me that if they had to go out to our rental past 4:30pm they would charge me overtime it turned into a huge battle over the fact that we couldnt meet them until 4:30, i was shocked, i shouldnt have to tell them who i am and how much business i have referred there way to get treated more proffessionally, it wasnt the money at all it was the huge attitude i got when i simply said "whatever you guys did last time it didnt fix the problem" he then proceeded to say "Dont tell me how to do my job lady, i know what needed to be done, its not my problem it didnt fix it" needless to say we are going down the road, the problem was much bigger and is costing $2500.00 to fix BUT not by them thats for sure, i will be sure to let everyone i know how rude and unproffessional they become when they assume you are questioning there work, only problem is i wasnt, im not a plumber but i know how to hold an educated conversation with someone.
