HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I have been a customer at this pharmacy for the last 4 years now. And the new pharmacist Traci is very unprofessional. I was filling an RX for my 7 year old son and was yelled at across the pharmacy and called an ass hole along with her threatening to call the cops. And all because I previously told her she came off abrasive and rude. I never yelled or called her any names! I was treated extremely bad and I would recommend everyone find a different pharmacy.
Terrible Pharmacy. My wife and I are in the military headed to JBLM and she has a severe muscle spasm in her shoulder and neck and after going to Samaritan Hospital they had us go to Rite Aid to fill the prescription of muscle relaxers. 8 people working in the pharmacy and it took over 40 minutes to get her prescription and they didn't process t through Tricare so now we have to call and claim it to get money back. Horribly inefficient Pharmacy.
Don't go here unless you have hours to waste and don't mind bad customer service! We're traveling and my son developed a sever ear infection. Had out pediatrician call in a prescription for ear drops at 8 am. Came in to pick it up at 9. They had not filled it and I had to have the doctor call again because they hadn't checked the messages yet. Then I was told to wait in the store and it would be 30 min. I asked if I could run to the store and they said if I did it would be two hours before it was ready. I should have gone to Walmart and killed to birds with one stone.
By far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to!! Once the RX is in you have to call to see if it's ready and then they start on it.. they say and hour we go to get it and they say another hour.. this happened three times what a waste of my time! I rarely get meds but I will no longer go here when they are needed!
