I had both of my kiddos here and recently went through a breast mass scare. The radiology department is amazing and did their very best to make me feel comfortable during some awkward visits. Very friendly and professional, so appreciated.
The emergency room at Samaritan has terrible customer service. Got sent away with "just a bit of stomach problems" while it was appendicitis. It takes hours because you have to sit and wait while the staff is chatting and hanging out.
Amazing I would do every time making my stay here as injoyabull as I win these lovely days and nights.
Went to ER with my son. He is developmentally disabled, mentality of 10 to 12 yrs old, but also has Tourette Syndrome, and is afflicted with latter stage Cystic Fibrosis. From the moment we arrived, everyone, from the receptionist to the triage staff, as well as the lab tech, radiology tech, ER nurses, and especially Dr Hughes, were concerned, compassionate, knowledgeable, and highly professional. Though they had just received a critical trauma case that they were dealing with, they took the time to listen, address our questions and concerns, and explain in clear detail what and why they were doing tests, ect. I am highly impressed with the level of care provided and the personalities we encountered today. Thank you!!
