The staff is friendly remembered us; the receptionist had recently taken a vacation to where we moved from. When we came back in to pick up our glasses she showed us several pictures she had taken while in our area. Each were knowledgeable and able to thoroughly answer our questions in a way we understood.
We love seeing Dr. Osborne and his helpful staff. I hadn't been in in five years, I send everyone else in our family in yearly, and he was so great about checking every little detail of what could possibly be wrong with my eyes. A very enjoyable experience and I have and will recommend him to others.
