Good store well organized and stocked. Carts were hard to find the type we wanted for our purchases though.
Items I needed were easily located and fairly priced
Typically I have good luck at this store but not today. Ordered and paid for flooring last weekend. Never received a call saying it had been delivered to the store. I showed up today and the gal at the contractor desk was virtually no help at all. I'm talking clueless, just here for a paycheck and the free donuts in the break room. She has no idea how to operate the computer system to even find my order. So I walked back to flooring to hopefully find someone with a brain to help me, two people in the department. Both willing to eager help, I told the man where I am parked, right under the contractor awning where everyone loads bigger orders. He says great we'll get it right out to you. I'm thinking awesome! I even thanked him for being johnny on the spot, but here I am waiting for my flooring under the contractor awning. It's been 30 minutes and I don't see a soul in site. I wish I hadn't have paid for the flooring already because I would drive away and tell these guys to stuff this flooring where the sun don't shine.
