O2 is fresh, friendly and fun! They have a great mix of class types and times. My favorite are the hot classes! The instructors are all very friendly and ready to help you make the best of your own practice. Namaste!
Moses Lake is so Blessed to have this wonderful Hot Yoga Studio come to our town ( and... SO much more than Hot yoga!) It really does HAVE that #goodvibe feeling! Parking in the back, along the waterfront is such a wonderful view to set the mood, when you get there and when you leave. Or take a walk along the Activity Trail before or after class. I love that the Studio is open and warm 30 min before classes so that you can just go in and enjoy the quiet while your muscles are warming up. I always leave class feeling better than, before I walked through those doors!
