I hate to admit it but I am actually heading back over this weekend and will be picking up some more items that wouldn’t fit in my car but I just can’t pass up!
I live in the Seattle area but was recently returning from a trip from Spokane and decide to take a break and get a latte in Moses Lake. As I was driving back to the freeway I spotted some nice furnishings with clearance sale signs outside a store called the Silver Sage.
This business carries beautiful textiles and other nice things, however after my experience today with their clearance sale I will not support this business. The woman ( who was not the owner- maybe you need some new staff) treated me very rudely, and acted like a snob, she seemed unwilling to answer simple questions regarding the pricing of items. I'm willing to indulge in nice things for my home but I will not be purchasing them from this business due to sub-par customer service which is unfortunate since this area is lacking in options. Oh well, I like visiting Bellevue anyway!
The design services at Silver Sage are top notch. My husband and I just built a home and needed some new pieces to add. Lenae found me the perfect furnishings to fit into my home and they look wonderful and are unique. She has also helped me rearrange things I already have then added some accent pieces from her store and gives expert advice with use of color and paint. I wish I could post some pictures so you could see the great job she does!
I cannot say enough good things about this store. Don't hesitate to stop in and shop! You will love it!
I have gotten several things for my apartment from Silver Sage Design Studio, each of which are unique and make my home an expression of my personality. I've also purchased jewelry items, candles and spa products as gifts for girlfriends over the years, and they've always swooned. Though the owner is my sister, I can still give an unbiased and enthusiastic thumbs-up for Lenae and her team at Silver Sage. The things I've picked up in the shop and the decorating advice they've given have always had the perfect effect.
I was SO glad I stopped as I purchased several beautiful high-end quality items including leather chairs and a wool rug for a bargain of a price. The materials and colors were gorgeous and the owner was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
Silver Sage is a wonderful store. I frequent it often and there is always something new. Wonderful unique clothes priced less than many at Nordstroms. Very nice selection of jewelry as well. The owner Lenae and her staff are very helpful in suggesting clothing items to try on and if it does not look good on they are honest about it which I really appreciate. The few times I have had a return it was done graciously.The store also carries wonderful unique home furnishings and design services. Honestly, the store is so gorgeous you just want to hang out there!
I was impressed with the store’s inventory as it felt more like I was in one of the designer stores in Seattle, not Moses Lake! I wouldn't think there are lot of choices there, but even if there was I certainly wouldn’t pass up this store as the quality and designs are outstanding.
