The three stars is for the selection of grain free dog food. The two absent stars are for these events. I'm 70 yrs old with a bad back(forty years construction) work. First time: I went in and picked up a thirty lbs. bag and the young (30?) woman working alone noticed the way I walk and insisted on carrying the sack out to my truck for me. Second time: There were three guys engaged in a really important and funny conversation right in front of the cash register. Two of them were employees. The kid behind the counter showed me the dog food I came for and let me carry it over to the cash register. After paying I turned to the CEO's meeting for a moment. They looked like, "Ya, what do you want?". I guess they're to busy for me.
This store is amazing!!! Great people and my children love there chick day every year in the spring!! It is so family friendly and the animals are well taken care of. I suggest this store to everyone!!
I ran out of cat food on a cross-country trip, out in the Middle of Nowhere, Washington. Fortunately, Basin Feed & Supply carries cat and dog food, including Science Diet, so my cat is a happy camper. Friendly folks, too.
