Only open 1 Friday a month. Which is fine, I can handle that. However, when I make my appointment for a month in advance for the only Friday the podiatrist is in the office, cancelling said appointment is annoying. It gets cancelled the first time, cool. I’ll rechedule. Which I did. But, lo and behold, that one Friday (mind you that I made a month in advance) got cancelled AGAIN. They told me they’d just move me to a later time that day, totally fine. Called me less than a day before my appointment, to tell me there’s just no way to get me in that day (again...made this a month out) and they can see me today at 3. I’m at work till 4:30, and fridays are the only day of the week I can do doctors appointments because I’m off that day. Literally the WORST experience I’ve ever had with a doctors office, and I never even stepped foot in the damn building.
