purchased items at TJ Maxx Tri Cities and they assured me I could return at the ML Marshalls. ML Marshall's said, yes you can return to Marshall's as we are the same store, but the ML Marshall's does not do that. We have the same prices but not the same tags, so we do not accept returns
The past two times I've gone in there I have overheard employees telling each other how much they enjoyed working there and what a great company it is to work for. I like shopping somewhere that's good to their employees :) Always a great selection and the store is so beautiful and well kept. I love shopping there.
Had a gift card and want to use it and wasn't knowing what I wanted for I have a ton of clothes.. the sales gals very friendly and not pushing but letting you know that if needed help there were plenty of us on the floor to help. Was nice and very well taken care. YOU ROCK
