This family owned business has done work on my car a few times. I was recommended by a dear friend of mine a couple years ago. When something has went wrong with my car they have been right there to help me each time. As a single mom it can be difficult to juggle everything to get my car to the shop. They will drive you home, and come to get you when your car is finished. Always with a smile and a genuine experience each time! Thank you from my family to yours!
Basic & Best car wash. For 10 years I've been giving them my quarters. Even when they make you pay more, I pay. Things always work.
Would never recommend to any one I cared about. The place is way too expensive and poor service. Oil Changes are way too expensive, I save $100's driving an hour away to Tri-Cities. They wanted $330 for rear brakes and rotors. Same service in TC $185 tax included. They also charge an outrages amount just to diagnose, more than $100 to tell me that I needed brakes. The employees are very respectful and courteous. The Owners are the issue. Money hungry, greedy and disrespectful and unprofessional. I would recommend any one who goes there to compare prices. You will save a lot of money.
