Terrible service. I'm at another restaurant now, after waiting an hour and not getting dinner at Papas. The server was nice, the kitchen failed. I don't like posting negative stuff. Ask me again when I am not hangry.
First visit wasn't very pleasant. Waitress was either very new, poorly trained or both. Took nearly 20 minutes to get a soda and one beer. Placed an order for 2 appetizers; chips and salsa, cheese moons. Nearly 45 minutes later we ended up canceling the order which I believe she never placed.
The food was delicious along with the beer. I had the Cuban pork sandwich. It was flavorful and filling. I would have given a 5 but our server wad disengaged and not very helpful.
Great selection of their own beers. The pizza we had was good and a lot of the other dishes we saw looked good as well. The servers were very nice, friendly and helpful. Great place!
On the positive side it looks like it could be a fun place. Lots of TV's, casino area and bowling. The one beer I had was enjoyable. We're not from the area but travel through several times a year so may give it another go.
Terrible experience. Was in town for a wedding and was so excited to have a free beer coupon at a local brewery. Maid of honor was 23 and from California where drivers licenses are vertical until she 25. She was not allowed to order because management did not allow any vertical ids whatsoever (which seems illegal since it's a valid form of id). To add insult to injury on an already soured night we were threatened by the waitress that if we were "caught giving the 23 year old" any of our beer (which we were not doing) that we would be kicked out... And a bouncer hovered over us for the few more minutes we stayed. Beer was terrible too.
